On Monday, the tribunal learned call records and information obtained from phones documented Ms Wandelt consistently requesting Madeleine's mother for a genetic test over 2023 and 2024.

Madeleine's case in 2007 - at the age of three during a family holiday in Portugal - is considered the most publicized child disappearance cases and is still unsolved.

'I Am Not Seeking Money'

A separate recorded message, shared in court, documented Ms Wandelt declaring: "I understand I'm heavy and not pretty like Madeleine used to be, but I feel what I feel."

While another instance of Ms Wandelt's monologues with Mrs McCann's recording expressed: "Suppose there is a small chance that I am Madeleine? What happens next? Is that not significant for you?"

"I don't want money, I have a existence here in Poland, I simply desire to discover," she added.

The tribunal was advised that via emails, SMS messages and communications, Ms Wandelt demanded a biological test, sent early photographs to her phone in a attempt to demonstrate a similarity to Mrs McCann's disappeared daughter, and claimed to have "recollections" from a childhood with the McCanns.

An intelligence analyst, an intelligence analyst with Leicestershire Police who compiled the information, informed the court there "showed no any responses" from Mrs McCann.

Ms Wandelt also contacted family friends of the McCanns, as per the communication logs.

On that date, Gerry McCann answered a call from Ms Wandelt to his wife's phone, stating she had "a wrong number."

That day Ms Wandelt recorded a voicemail on Mrs McCann's voicemail declaring "I will continue and I intend to demonstrate my position."

The court heard communications between the two defendants, in that autumn, planning attempting to acquire Mrs McCann's biological evidence from her garbage or from silverware at a dining venue.

"We must make a stand," Mrs Spragg told Ms Wandelt.

On the night of the trip to their home, Mrs Spragg transmitted a text which stated: "We're currently sat near the McCanns' home with our vehicle dark like investigators. I wanted to do this with another person I hadn't anticipated I would be engaged in this with the McCanns."
