A 23-year-old from Southampton was given a 27-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after pleading guilty to reckless operation of a vehicle.
In addition, the court imposed a 12-month driving ban and mandated community service along with a behavioral course.

According to authorities, the video was filmed at an unauthorized automobile gathering in Portsmouth on December 28th, 2024, showing the driver driving a distinctive colored vehicle.

He added: “They are not only a complete nuisance, but they also place participants and uninvolved individuals at risk of serious injury.”
